All Pro Able Tree & Timber is a family owned and operated tree service which has been serving the Southern Tier, Twin Tiers, and surrounding region for over 50 years.
Owner, founder, and family patriarch Carl Drake Sr. began work in the industry with his father and brothers on the South Side of Elmira, NY. After serving his country in the United States Air Force, Carl Sr. returned home and started his own full-service tree and logging company which has evolved to the All Pro Able Tree & Timber organization.
Dana Drake, Carl Sr.’s wife, is the matriarch of the family. She has been answering the phones and setting up appointments with customers for over 40 years. You might also catch her on a job site when All Pro Able Tree & Timber crews need an additional set of hands or on an emergency removal. Dana has a reputation for being “hands on” at the job site and will outwork most of the men.
Carl Drake Jr. is the prodigal son at All Pro Able Tree & Timber. After attending environmental science and forest school at Syracuse University, Jr. joined the family business and has been involved with all aspects for the past 18 years. He currently runs the day to day operations.
All Pro Able Tree & Timber initially served primarily the Syracuse, NY area. After the passing of his father, Carl Sr. took over the operations in the Binghamton and Elmira areas previously served by his father and raised his family there. Today All Pro Able Tree & Timber services communities as far west at Corning, NY, east throughout Delaware County, Syracuse to the north and Northeastern PA. While based in Binghamton, NY, we remain very active in the Elmira/Horseheads area.
